Partnered Personal Training is a great alternative to one on one PT. Bring a long a friend or a loved one with similar goals and Laura will train you together. You’ll get the same attention as one on one Personal Training with less expense.
1-2-1 Yoga
Whether you love Yoga and want to perfect some postures, are a complete beginner or just need that hour every week where you can switch off and relax, Laura can programme the perfect session for you.

Pre/Postnatal
Laura is a fully trained Pre and Postnatal Trainer and can help you to feel comfortable during this exciting but confusing time . Laura can tell you which exercises are safe and which exercsises to avoid during the later trimesters of your pregnancy.
